Are we really getting worked up over a potential LOOGY? Well, seeing as he gets out righties just as well as lefties, he's no LOOGY. He's probably a better lefty reliever than Eyre, Ohman or Rapada. Kendall has been awful this season to boot. All I am saying is that is most likely his future at the ML level. Getting Lefties and righties out at AA is a whole lot different compared to the major leagues.

What's he saying about it? How they were wrong about telling Theriot that he wont go far hitting from the right side, so he should learn to hit from both sides. He also should try playing 2B, & OF because his SS defense is not good enough. Yeah, but he started the story by saying the CUBS admitted they were wrong.

I don;t know if I would go as far to sat he was criticizing. He said the Cubs management admitted they made a mistake with Theriot by trying to get him to switch hit and play other positions rather than his naturall SS.

Well 1 worthless bat gone. Jesus that Barret trade was horrible! Pretty much a DFA. At least Hendry can admit he's wrong. Hopefully Kyler Burke turns into something useful. :lol: He has what? one hit since he joined our system? He's actually been pretty hot as of late.

Bowen over Hill, thats interesting. Bowen might not get claimed anyway, but I thought Hill was the safer DFA if they didn't want to risk losing anyone.

Where you coming from? If you're coming up from Louisville for the game, I'd give yourself plenty of time b/c of normal Chicago traffic and I know Indy has some construction but that is on I-74 I believe. If you're staying at nearby hotel, 90 minutes should be fine. Bleachers will be sold out regardless, CF and RF might be more crowded early on compared to LF. Flying up Tuesday morning actually. Will be in quite early, 10 AM. Heading downtown from there to the hotel. Just wondered how early to get to the park since this is the first time I've really done the bleacher thing.

I'll be in the bleachers Tuesday night as well, for the first time since i was a small child. What is the standard arrival time for a mid-week night game? I plan on being there early of course to get a good seat. Wondering if I would need to be there any earlier with Bonds being in town. But I find it hard to imagine it being packed at 5pm gate opening when many will probably still be at work?
