yeah, i'm not complaining about it at all. i wouldn't have to worry about tim until the championship, at which time pujols will be wearing a sling on his right arm and drinking mai tais with his left. and a division rival who either makes the playoffs or is the last team out every year is admitting he's folding a half week into the season. i just would have liked a shot at arod considering i was offering deals involving martin and/or teix for him before the draft.
For your sake you better win again. You'll have to crawl in a hole if you don't! :D i don't think i'll have much to be ashamed about if i don't win it.
oh, this is the part where tim and raw act as though their weekly games aren't even a challenge and their only competition is whether they can beat each other in overall points. then i win the championship. i remember this now.
i thought that you couldn't pick up FA starting pitchers to replace non-DL'ed injured starting pitchers, but i don't remember any rule about relievers.
starting to hate them. "I can guarantee you," one Brewers player said before the game, "that the Cubs don't enjoy playing us." really? because they went 9-6 against you last year, which i'm guessing was pretty enjoyable.
i thought that only applied to pitchers. it's my understanding that you would be able to pick up a FA to replace a day-to-day injured position player. sure, so long as you don't exceed the roster limits. and don't put the injured guy on your DL unless he's really on the DL.
No. :D Well so far Zimmerman has a K .... not quite what I wanted  Oh no....Cordero has shoulder stiffness :( i know a guy with a couple extra closers.
yeah, i'll probably spot start him if he starts out up and down. ok, the twins need to open the season with liriano in the rotation...5 ip, 3 h, 1 r, 7 k's today.
FINALLY someone acknowledges my dynasty. bout time. anyway, now that villanueva has locked up a rotation spot, i really need to the twins to keep liriano on their roster instead of sending him to AAA. and i'd like to see ubaldo and hill stop pitching like [expletive].
