Aaron Corp. it's a known fact that 1 missed game at quarterback for USC has been the only injury in college football this season. I was pointing out the difference between Barkley and Corp at QB, not excusing the loss completely. they still lost to washington.

People don't hate Iowa because they are undefeated. It's because they play in a weak conference, are over-rated and play a sissy non-conference schedule . They should be ranked about #14. Florida, Alabama, Texas and USC would crush them and about 9 other good teams would beat them easily. Texas fits all those criteria, Florida doesn't play anyone non conference and USC lost to freaking Washington. And Iowa would destroy all those team, because I said so. Iowa State, Arkansas State, Arizona and a bunch of Big Ten patsies. LOL at Iowa's schedule. according to sagarin (i know, i know, not as reliable as nsbb's voice of reason), iowa has a tougher schedule than florida, alabama, texas, boise state, tcu, cincinnati, and lots and lots and lots and lots of other teams.

I don't think anyone hates Iowa. We're just trying to point out that your team has many cracks in the armor and would probably get beat handily by a team like Alabama, Florida, or Texas. Id say you guys are pissing and moaning more about rankings. No one is denying that there are "cracks in the armor" - but the other top 3 teams all have flaws as well. Florida just hasnt been exposed yet, and Texas is not that much better than Iowa. Alabama is the only team I would put above Iowa, and I still say we could beat them on gameday. Id say winning by 18 points when you lost Richardson, Robinson, and Sandeman last week aint bad. Iowa has become very familiar with the term "next man in line" this year, and keeps winning. The only people that think Iowa is better than any of those teams is a certain percentage of the Hawkeye fanbase. I put out this question last week, but rank these 4 unbeaten teams: Iowa TCU Cinci Boise State. The only real reason Iowa is ranked ahead of any of them is because they come from a major conference. right. so they've played a tougher schedule.

If you read what I said AFTER the game a couple of days ago, you would know that I knew Bama's victory was luck. Never said anything different. I was simply pointed out that Tennessee getting into position to possibly pull the upset was equally lucky. no, blocking two field goals and having a dimwit opposing coach managing the clock in the last 50 seconds is waaaay luckier.

Berry forced that fumble. It wasn't luck, it was a good hit by Berry. It doesn't change the fact that the "fumble" was the first fumble in 322 chances for Ingram. Unless that becomes a habit for Ingram I consider that fumble an aberration, simple bad luck. And that is not a shot at Berry, cause Gawd dang I love his skillset, and I do believe he is the best safety in college. Regardless, it was good play on Berry based on desparation which equals luck, imo. No fumble there, and Tennessee is in no position to even sniff the upset. With that said, 9 of 10 times Berry doesn't stripe that ball from Ingram, I would put money on that. With that said, dew I wish the best for you guys the rest of the season. a guy whose team won because of two blocked fg's is saying a fumble is luck.

i should be enjoying the win over nebraska, but they should be effing 7-1 and running away with the north. of course, i guess you could say they shouldn't have won yesterday...though a team that commits 8 turnovers doesn't deserve to win either.

Proof the system is seriously screwed up. No offense, but Iowa should not be ranked any higher than 4 on any polls and anyone giving them a #1 vote probably should not be allowed to vote at this point in the season. well that's just dumb. why is voting them #1 so crazy? they're undefeated and have a few good wins on their resume. just because florida/alabama/texas started out ahead of iowa doesn't mean they're any more entitled to be ranked #1.

I hope that doesn't mean what I think it means. ? It was a drunk post being stupid about a bad southern dialect. I'll chalk this up to you not being from down here, but usually when someone spells something like that they are making fun of black dialect. google "dirty souf" for example lol omc making sure someone doesn't have a racist undertone to their post. now i've seen it all.
