    Double switch and move the pitcher batting spot to the 8th person due up. But yeah, it still sucks. But what difference does it make if Wood is going to pitch the ninth? Why not leave the fielders as they were and pinch hit Cedeno? Have they shown Kerry warming up? Perhaps Lou wants to stick with Marmol in the 9th.

    Soto has been good. Agree. The results have been bad, but he's hit the ball hard so far. Lee and DeRosa haven't been embarrassingly bad either. It's mainly Soriano and Ramirez. Once those 2 start hitting, the Cubs will start winning a lot more games.

    I dont think anyone ever liked ryan theriot. could be wrong though. im pretty sure we just liked him compared to cesar izturis. soto sucks today. good thing there's 160+ more of these baseball games.
