  1. deep hot sprots taeks
  2. yyyuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup
  3. Do you take your stuff directly from PFTcommentator?
  4. they haven't specified the rule so it is hard to say what has been banned exactly. As for the first part, I have no idea.
  5. I think it's pretty simple. You won't be able to hunker down in front of the plate. And the runner won't be allowed to go in like a fullback making a hole. He'll have to slide or run through the base. There will probably be a handful of collisions where the calls will be split between blaming the runner and blaming the catcher and after a few years it will hardly be an issue.
  6. percentage of pass attempts > 15 yards Cutler: 21.4% McCown: 16.8% So a difference of 2 a game? Not meaningful.
  7. Yeah, deep was wrong. Over 15 yards past the line of scrimmage is more accurate. But my point was if McCown can throw for 350 3x in a row doing it, then why not keep Cutler on that same playbook if it also helps protect him from being hurt again. McCown was throwing 15 yards past the line of scrimmage. He wasn't Orton out there. He had a higher YPA and YPC than Cutler.
  8. Was Jay really attempting a bunch of really deep throws? The 17 yard pass is where the bread is buttered in this offense. Jay throws that pass well, and I don't see much of a change coming.
  9. MLB ‏@MLB 21m The @Tigers agree to one-year deal with RHP Joba Chamberlain, source tells @beckjason. Club has not confirmed. #HotStove
  10. The rule should be amended to include white gloves for all base runners to avoid getting dirt under their fingernails. Pussification of America, amiright bro?
  11. Brian Bogusevic 2014 Contract Status: Pre-Arb Eligible Justin Ruggiano 2014 Contract Status: 1st-Year Arb Eligible They also have 4 promising OF as listed in the article on the 1st page, and 3 of those 4 are RH, so it seems like a decent swap for need on both ends. Yeah, I can understand their reasoning.
  12. Couldn't they have just paid him a couple grand and paid for his travels at some point in ST to do this? Instead of taking him? I understand it's really not a big deal either way, just don't get why you have to draft him to have him come in and talk. The cost of the pick is reportedly around $12,000, so yeah, that's what they just paid for a possible one-time motivational speaker. Looking at costs for athletes to come speak at events... this seems to be a fair rate, actually. It's not like he's now under obligation to show up.
  13. Yeah, it's nice to find the marginal upgrade when possible, but it won't really matter much until the core is upgraded substantially.
  14. My take on it is that while I was in Chicago during most of the Bulls run, I didn't get much out it because I was indifferent*. But you have to be a sociopath to aggressively hate them like nuts does the Blackhawks. *I did get enjoyment while living in NY and witnessing Knicks fans displeasure at the Bulls success.
  15. I'm not so sure that's an apt comparison.
  16. It would seem to be, considering the story that Miami was looking to trade him and alluding to their own desire to get a LH bat.
  17. Idk, but it's projection really likes Ruggiano for this year. 20 HR, mid .700's OPS and a 3.5 WAR. That's the same WAR it projects for Cargo. It also projects Javy at 33 HR and 4.3 WAR. Good God...what the hell projection is this and can we make it real life? Seems to take a lot of generous assumptions with guys who don't have a big enough track record.
  18. Idk, but it's projection really likes Ruggiano for this year. 20 HR, mid .700's OPS and a 3.5 WAR. That's the same WAR it projects for Cargo. It also projects Javy at 33 HR and 4.3 WAR. It projects 600 PA for everybody, which means it has Ruggiano as more valuable than Rizzo over the next four years.
