  2. yeah, this is pretty interesting Isn't his agent the same guy who did this with Mariota? no idea, but everybody who pays attention to the details has made it clear the Chargers are offering a contract no other top 5 pick has agreed to sign since new CBA. They are the worst.

  4. is it just me or has every bit of news coming out of training camp been bad? Everybody has been banged up, the line may contend with the worst lines in recent memory for ineptness. the first round pick can't stay on the field. I guess last year's 1st round pick looks good. Nothing about this team is interesting. Are they just playing out of the clock on the Cutler years and allowing Pace and Fox to rebuild from scratch repetitively? Over/under on wins is 7.5 and I'm having a real hard time trying to justify taking the over.
  5. it was explained to me yesterday that the difference between living in California and living in North Dakota is a lot less time to spend on a message board because there is actually stuff to do in CA. didn't he take over the cardinals website?
  6. I don't think I could possibly make such an analysis just watching a game.
  7. Wait David, are you for serious on this? Bryant was the best player in the draft, the easiest selection to make and he did nothing but produce from day one in the minors with no setbacks. The dude's ability was never in question. He was going to succeed, the question was to what degree.
  8. It was an abysmal contact rate. He figured it out, but let's not pretend it was never in question. the only question was whether he would just be a really good player or an MVP caliber player
  9. the extra two weeks of AAA was the difference that solved all the questions about Bryant
  10. I listen to way more Chicago sports talk than I should and I don't think I've ever heard any Cub fan call for Maddon to be fired after a loss. but columbus cubs sports talk radio is way more edgy
  11. Cardinals fans?

  16. Absolutely. There's a good opportunity to give guys extra rest between outings and Maddon has to take advantage. This is especially true with a guy like Rondo, when you consider the likelihood that Chapman walks and Hector goes back to closing next year.
  17. take out the UK!
  18. He's definitely voting for Trump, right? I doubt he's voting at all
  19. it shouldn't that's kind of the point. guys just do what they can to make contact and pray it drops in safe. these guys can make contact with 105, it's just tough to get good swings
  20. The guy who can dong on occasion and play every position on infield vs the guy who can song on occasion and can't play any position in the outfield.

  22. That's what I thought at first, but that was Brokedown Palace, which was also terrible. i came across this movie years and years ago on cinemax. it was a scene where one of the female characters was taking a piss inside of a bucket while one of the guards watched and she flipped him the bird. didn't bother to watch the rest. No use keeping it on during refractory period
