They have 9 games over the next three weeks. I think they need to pull off a 7-2 type stretch if they want to realistically be considered among the top NHL teams. 4-2 road trips are nice, but when you struggle to win more than 2 in a row that's a problem. The best they've done this year was 4, but they went to OT in 2 of those games to conference foes, negating some of the benefit. They will be approaching the halfway point after this three week stretch, with or without Hossa, and if they can't get themselves to a better points/game pace, they are going to be in a fight for the last couple playoff spots.
