Harrison, maybe? Then what at 3B? I figured Kang at 3B, unless they plan on playing him at SS. Once again, that leaves you playing Mercer on purpose. While I agree with you that it's not an ideal scenario to have his bat in the lineup everyday, he is a solid defensive shortstop and can be buried at the bottom of the batting order to limit the damage his bat might cause. If Harrison, Kang, and Mercer are your three options to play those three positions, it probably makes the most sense to have Mercer at SS, Kang at 3B, and Harrision at 2B. Obviously, there's still a long way to go in the offseason, so they could pick up someone else capable of playing one or more of those positions.
