Kirk Cousins had 87 yards passing and his team won lmao
-
I missed the whole first half but its pretty wild to see the Bears down with Fields completing 10/12 passing Shocked their in the game given everything, may turn it on
-
I don't get angry at people who jump on crypto or NFTs in a really awkward bandwagony way because its mostly just gonna look really funny in like 5 years
-
Uhh, I’m not sure this team will be able to field a full roster for Monday. When was the last time a team had to forfeit a game?
-
I'm half convinced the Packers let the Bears take leads just to make it feel worse at the end, but its still nice to see some good plays from Fields
-
I just want to see the Bears have an above average offense for two years in a row. This is something I'm not sure they've accomplished in my lifetime.
-
Plus 5 more after this, 5 more games of Dalton throwing, regardless of Kmet' health status, to Graham, 5 more games of Nagy stunting the development of younger players because he thinks he's got a better chance to win by going with trusted veterans. It's really depressing, January 10, 2022 cannot come soon enough. Is it confirmed that Fields is out for the year? If there’s still a chance he can start again before the end of the year, there’s still some reason to keep watching…

Goodbye buddy, I'm glad he's getting paid

The playoff system is perfect and elegant and if its changed it would be to the detriment of the entire sport, so of course it'll expand to 18 teams or whatever. Changing FA rules to age rather than service time is better but setting the age at 29 is horrible given the vast vast vast majority of players earn almost all their value before that age. It should be like, 25. But! So it goes.

God. I feel absolutely no desire to watch this game, whether or not Justin Fields plays. If he doesn't play: no reason to watch, if he does play: oh watch Justin get fed into a woodchipper. This team is so damn grim.

Thanksgiving Bears game at Lions & Matt Nagy's last game(?)
BigSlick replied to jersey cubs fan's topic in Other Sports
I bet Nagy continues coaching throughout the end of this exceptionally wretched season, gets fired, and Pace stays another year -
Very hard to describe the disgust I have for this team lol
-
Also incredible how difficult the Bears can make completing a forward pass look. You have to move Heaven and earth to just get a clean completion. Meanwhile a back up I’ve never heard of has like an 80% completion percentage.
-
Incredible how this team routinely looks worse coming off byes
-
The Mack-Less Bears defense is capable of making nearly any QB look good, so I wouldn’t get too excited about back ups starting. Pencil in any pro offense for 24+ points and see what Fields and co can do.
-
what?? God that sucks. Well, I guess doesn't matter that much given the team is dead in the water competitively, but, has slight knock on effects to Fields growth (again, the only thing I care about)

Hahahah well on track
-
I guarantee the Bears D immediately gives up a scoring drive here
-
Can someone talk to Jakeem Grant too? I’m tired of him handicapping the team every single drive as well
-
I just need to stop watching football. The game is too stupid and arbitrary and the Bears will never field a good offense.
-
I don’t understand how the refs are allowed to be this bad. Fields has taken multiple hits significantly worse than the hit on Ben that drew a penalty. Give us a friggin bone here guys
-
Refs. Please. The team is horrible. Stop.
-
Listen, refs, the Bears are bad enough as is, you don’t need to further punish them with ticky tack flags
-
I really wish you could relegate NFL teams
