people here are acting like it's a sure W if Hurts starts, which is incredibly bold given that OU hasn't stopped a mobile quarterback in a decade. I can squint and see a path for OU - georgia's defense was pretty good last year and OU's offense went wild against them (and OU's offense this year is like half a yard per play better than last year's. Seriously, they average almost 9 yards per play, it's insane.) But as bad as the defense is there's no room for confidence against (checks notes) the best team in college football history

i did a story earlier this year about a state official who'd beaten his wife and got away with it and it was covered up, and when I asked the attorney who'd handled the divorce FOR THE WIFE, his quote to me is "what really is domestic violence?" and then he kind of trailed off into "all these allegations, who knows?" kind of stuff.

Schwarber is what he is, a perfect DH/platoon LF. He does have value because of his power, work ethic, youth, and contract. I still like the deal I mentioned a few weeks back of Schwarber for two of Allard/Fried/Soroka. Lol Jesus Christ
