This is something like the 8 millionth time in 8 million and one years that the Cubs have been pretty much garbage to some degree with RISP. I seriously doubt there's any cosmic explanation for that, but I would say that I'm at the point of dismissing out of hand any insinuations that 'things should turn around' in that department by now.
