    It's an extremely reasonable take. The Colts screwed up the Luck era a million times. Ironically they finally got a pretty decent team around him, but by then he'd been beset by injury.

    I was thinking more along the lines of "this team just isn't very good". They’re better than this. Rizzo is a gold glover, for one. They also won 5 in a row very recently and were worse than that. That's how this works.

    I don't know if this says more about me or the Cubs but my batting average in turning off a game knowing we aren't gonna win and then that game getting even worse is pretty damn close to 1.000 this year.

    And probably gave away their best chance to get one by benching Strasburg because he hypothetically might get hurt later

    Bryzzo have literally the most boring nicknames. I mean I get it with KB because he's vanilla and boring AF but you'd think Rizz would come up with something better. No one on our team has a cool nickname except El Mago, and really, when you have El Mago, I can understand the rest of the team not even bothering to try.
