Hopefully that idiot is wrong. It sounds like he believes its true, just waiting for official confirmation so he can report as fact. This would suck Between Morrow, Strop and apparently this I've forgotten what it's like to not have to worry about whether we have a closer who can, you know, pitch in games.

    I'm utterly convinced the Astros are somehow cheating. Trevor Bauer isn't anyone's favorite person but he's been on this train for a long time and I am an absolute truther on this.

    The Cobs adopted their Home Cubs persona again and surely all is well now. Now the real question is, can they actually hit for 2 days in a row? If this keeps up, we're going to have to ask what exactly the front office did to finally get the offense going. To try to stop them, Milwaukee will send out Gio "Mad Dog" Gonzalez. But our man Cole Hamels knows how to handle that. Go Cobs
