This is the same as it always is. Ramirez, Zambrano, Lee, Soriano, Soto have all been as productive as you could have expected them to be. It's how Theriot, Dempster, Edmonds have overperformed expectations that put us in the position we're in now instead of closely bunched in the standings with Milwaukee as we'd have projected. Whether or not that's what determines value is debatable. Everything considered, I'm inclined to say Dempster.
