turner's k/9 tell me that he'll never be top of the rotation. i mean, doesn't a serious ace-prospect have to be at least over 9 at every level? i mean, that's a minimum requirement. if you can't strike guys out, you can't dominate. if you can't dominate, you're back-end. Greg Maddux says Hello, as do several HOF pitchers from the early 1900s (Walter Johnson included). It's amazing how few guys Maddux struck out in the minors. Glavine was never a 9+ K guy in the majors either. But he at least struck out everyone in the lowest levels. Maddux just never struck out guys in bunches, even in A ball.
