  1. Amazingly horrible baserunning by Jorge Posada, going 2nd to 3rd on a double to deep center.
  2. Replays show the ump wasn't even looking at the runner. Absolutely pathetic.
  3. May 26, 2006 Braves are down 5-4 going into the top of the 9th. They score two runs on an Andruw Jones sacrifice fly and win.
  4. Amen. Personally, I hope the Yankees meet the Dodgers in the World Series and Arod hits 11 homeruns.
  5. Drew Brees let me down.
  6. Mantle made $100,000 during his last season. I wouldn't mind paying Ankiel like Mantle.
  7. Yuck. Cadillac Thanks. That's what I figured, but wasn't sure since Tampa plays the Giants. Chris Johnson is my top RB, but I don't have much at the secondary position right now. Now that Ward has been named starter (at least for this week), you may want to look at Choice instead. The problem is that Dallas plays on Monday night, so if Barber does play, you're stuck with a guy who might only get a handful of touches.
  8. More details are needed before drawing that conclusion. If Bradley is getting paid during the suspension, the MLBPA can't file a grievance.
  9. Yuck. Cadillac
  10. Rodgers Williams and Grant Gates
  11. Using a composite of projections, I rank them in this order for week 3: Harvin 8.5 Knox 7.9 Moss 7.5 Marshall 7.1
  12. I've got Gates #1 this week and Cooley #4. That's a nice decision to have to make.
  13. uh, no he doesn't. I'd rather trade Hendry to the Cardinals and keep Bradley.
  14. Jacobs and Hightower.
  15. Rice Hester (barely - flip a coin) Heap
  16. Tough call. But I'd sit Forte. Gore and Jackson are the 1st and 5th back, respectively, for points right now in my league. I think Forte's gonna figure it out, and Seattle's a great chance for him to do it. I'd definitely start Gore though if you wanted to start Forte. Here's another fun one: Forte @Seattle Rice vs Cle Slaton vs Jac Benson vs Pit Jackson vs NO Start 2. (My league has a 20 player team, hence the large number of running backs). Leaning towards Jackson and Benson, but that sucks cause my top two picks (Forte and Slaton) have already hit the bench. I'd go Jackson and Forte. I've got 11 running backs in between Forte and Slaton this week, and I'm not playing Benson even in deep leagues this week.
  17. I'd go Forte and Jackson. Gore got a little banged up last week. He may not be back to 100% by Sunday, and is going against a tough D this week. Forte's due for a good game (Johnny Knox may help make some defenses a little more honest on the run), and NO can be run on. Jackson's had a heck of a start. Taking the average of 7 different projections, Jackson and Forte.
  18. My team plays yours next week in a battle of the unbeatens. It's kind of surprising to me that there are only three undefeated teams after 2 weeks.
  19. If anyone should be suspended for conduct detrimental to the team, it should be Hendry.
  20. You failed basic math? :P
  21. I'd rather see Brenly gone than Bradley.
  22. 2% chance according to BP.
  23. Raw is saying he doesn't believe Jennings will be there for his 2nd pick. Reread his post, and now I think I get it. I'd go Westbrook/Steve Smith if Jennings isn't available, and maybe even if he were.
