    aka the Manny Machado contract. Which worked out great 10.8 bWAR in 369 games for them is pretty strong.

    Yep, he looks physically stronger than many of the other NPB players. He doesn't skip leg day that's for sure.

    MF, no! This team is desperate for a playmaking WR even after Mike Thomas returns. You sign Jameis and you can sit a year. If Jameis sucks then you go for a QB in a better draft next year. Side Saints note - very interesting that Loomis met with Bienemy last weekend for 8 hours then hires Allen the next day. Also, Chiefs announce today that his contract expired. Saints OC Bienemy? I know I’m biased but if Matt Corral is there you better take him. But alas, after combine and pro day I doubt he falls past the top 10.

    Ok ya, screw it. Y’all are right. I would like to see at least one full season of Jameis with this team as it is currently structured. Plus we would also get Michael Thomas back. I still maintain that they need to draft a QB in the first, if practicable.

    Cut Taysom Hill for sure (this simply has to be done). Try and trade Armstead or maybe even Kamara to both free up money and move up enough in the draft to ensure you get one of the QB's. Winston is only due 3 million so I think you may as well keep him. But the credit card bill is finally due for the Saints. Hell, keep Winston as the back up next season and play the rookie. May as well.

    If Corral or Pickett is still there at 18 then they have to draft one of them. It's probably a moot point since neither will be there, but still.

    Timing is kind of weird. Seems like he could have waited another week or two before filing. Apparently he was the only real roadblock to the Saints just promoting Dennis Allen. By all accounts they were (and maybe still are) intrigued by Flores.
