    this ump is so crappy... anyone ever heard the ump heckle that goes: "hey blue! you need to check your cell phone, I think you got a lot of missed calls" Heard that in Baton Rogue several years ago. Just thought of it for some reason.

    I faced him a few times in college. He played at MS State and I played at Ole Miss, so we saw each other a few times a year. He was good back then, but not great. He must have learned alot in the minors cuz he's BAD TO THE BONE now.

    screw MLB.tv....I'm so mad at them right now. Blackouts are the biggest load of crap ever bestowed upon an American consumer. I'm in Oxford, MS, yet I'm blacked out of the Cincinnati network. I'm over 500 miles away and I'm blacked out.

    So I've had ExtraInnings the past 2 years with my digital cable company. This year they aren't offering it. So does this mean that they are likely going to have it back after this? Sorry for being ignorant on the situation.

    Ya, I'm blacked out too about 100 miles south of you. What a load of dog crap. I tried some... "things" to try and get it to work, but it didn't take. I just don't understand how they can do this actually. I mean, you are paying for a product that allows you to watch ALL baseball games.

    Eh..it's ok. I'm not overly impressed with his numbers, aside from the fact that he's got a ton of range. 62-85 from 40+yds and 14-30 from 50+yds. Jon Carney was getting old. I think he was 43 or something, so even though he's very good, he's becoming a liability due to his age. So I guess it's an ok pickup.

    Very nice pick. He's a sick all purpose secondary player. Super athlete. With the 27th Pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints select Greg Olsen, TE, from the University of Miami. Clearly the Saints biggest need is at the cornerback position, where Freddie Thomas needs to be put out to pasture after his abysmal season last year where he gave up 14 TD's. 10 of which were over 25 yard passes. However, the Saints still feel that they can address this need via free agency or via a later round as high end CB rookies are notoriously bad as it takes a few years to be a good NFL CB. Thus, the Saints choose to fill the only hole in their offense: TE. At 6'5, 250lbs+, and running a 4.5, Olsen gives Brees a fast and big target that can stretch defenses that are already stretched out due to the speed of Reggie Bush and Deverey Henderson.
