    For reasons completely beyond my comprehension, Rondon seems to keep getting demoted the better he pitches Yeah, demoted from closer despite being dominant. 8th inning guy, more dominant. Maybe saving him for the 8th tonight, which is odd considering there are no roles in this bullpen right/?

    The Orioles just replaced the rubber track in 2013 that was in Camden Yards when it opened. But I thought I read around that time that most tracks were a rubberized composite type material. Typically don't want it too muddy back there (pause).

    Schwarber isn't going anywhere. 2 weeks til Montero is evaluated. Then probably 2 weeks til he's game ready, if he's OK to go then. That puts us into mid August. They can co-exist for 2 weeks if necessary.

    Motte Soriano Rondon Strop Russell Wood Ramirez Grimm Is a helluva bullpen on paper. Not a weak spot if Wood continues to pitch like he has since leaving the rotation.
