  1. I think these combined moves closes the door on Idonije. I thought he had a chance to come back with the intent to play him more at DT for depth than DE. I still think the Bears are drafting DT, and possibly very early, to get another potential long-term option there in case something can't be worked out with Melton. Fluellen made a couple plays in Detroit. He's OK. Nothing special obviously. Good 4th guy in the rotation. Moore, I really like. He has some upside at 26 and he has a long lanky frame. Could be a 5 sack guy if he gets on the field a decent amount of plays. Which is solid for a 4th DE. I definitely like him more than Turk McBride who they signed earlier this offseason.
  2. Houston selects LB Jon Bostic, Florida.
  3. Looked like the worst pass in basketball history til he dunked it. How the hell did he even know that was a lob?
  4. Rather see him in Chicago than the craptacular duo they've been throwing out there.
  5. 40 of the 75 points have been scored by white guys.
  6. Warford is one of my ideal picks. But I really like Short too. I probably would have taken Short based on the lack of DT talent after the 2nd. ... but would not complain about Warford at all.
  7. Highest score all week. Strasburg and Cueto pitching......of course I lose.
  8. CB or OT for San Diego here. Ill go with OT Terron Armstead, Arkansas Pine Bluff.
  9. I thought Feldman Looked decent. A lot of movement on his fastball. He doesn't typically walk people like he did the other day so not support worried about that.
  10. "@NormanChad: If Mike Shanahan were coaching Louisville, Kevin Ware might’ve started today."
  11. Scott, Peralta and Cabrera are among my favorite arms in the system. I tend to love the prospects that aren't necessarily the top guy but I think all 3 can be ML pitchers at some point. And all could move faster than their higher thought of counterparts.
  12. 10-1 GB/FB ratio for Scott.
  13. Tony Cigriani for the Reds AAA team struck out 16 batters thru 7 before losing his no hitter to start the 8th. 13Ks thru first 5 innings on 62 pitches.
  14. He'd already given up a run and had the bases loaded before the error.
  15. If anyone remembers the early part of this century. ....I talked to former Bears RB, Brock Forsey today. Pretty cool.
  16. According to walterfootball.com, Ogletree is visiting too.
  17. Yeah but did u know Robin Ventura was their manager.?
  18. Houston needs a big time WR to keep up with the Broncos and Patriots in the AFC. Also need to think about how much Andre Johnson has left in the tank. Houston selects Justin Hunter, wr tennessee.
  19. I tried to kill 2 birds with 1 stone and drop Rondon while picking up someone else on waivers, but I got beat out for my claim. But I have a minor league spot open. A) Are we allowed to still pick up any minor leaguer to fill our spots? B) what's to stop me from picking up Rondon to fill that spot?
  20. Cutler is next to McClellin....fwiw.
  21. I love Fluker at OG and wouldn't complain about that pick at all if the Bears had the insight to put him there. But Patterson is the most talented player left in the board.
  22. Ugly board for Bears. Both top LBs are gone. Both top OGs. I'm thinking Cordarelle Patterson here unless I'm forgetting somebody.
  23. I think Richardson is BPA and a huge need for them. I'm really intrigued by them going after Cordarelle Patterson or Tavon Austin though. Need some explosion at WR to go with Cam.
  24. Chargers need help all over the OL....so they select OG Chance Warmack, U of Alabama.
  25. He jumped, landed and his leg looked was bent like he was down on his knees, except it wasn't bent at the knee but halfway down his leg. It was Joe Theismann's injury basically. I still think Marcus Lattimore or Napoleon McCallum were the worst I've seen. Lattimore almost kicked himself in the face without his thigh even moving. Knox's injury is worse than everyone's because it was the back. I think the leg injuries are "uglier" to look at though given that you can see stuff sticking out of places it's not supposed to and complete limpness of the leg.
