  1. 7-footer spin move = travel 100% of the time.
  2. I thought they called that on Lu.
  3. he didn't foul him any more than he was fouled 8 times on the other end that wasn't called. Agreed.
  4. "DAMNIT WE HAVE TO GIVE LEBRON MORE REST! MUST GO 7.
  5. He fouled him but damn that was like 2 ots before the whistle.
  6. Are u [expletive] kidding me?
  7. Me too and yep.
  8. Noahs arms are invisible.
  9. That's an easy ass shot.
  10. Best 17 minutes in the history of Earth!
  11. Just doesn't seem like a good fit for Chip Kelly's offense. He's about the worst athlete amongst this year's QB crop. Maybe Kelly is planning more of a Mike Leach or Belichick spread system? Barkley can be a fit, but I'd be a bit worried if I were an Eagle fan. And I think an argument can be made that Bray is a worse athlete. Landry Jones has a strong argument.
  12. Greene was one of my favorite players in the draft and is great value. ... but I hate the pick.
  13. Analysis of the first 2 Bears picks on my blog http://mr-irrelevantpgh-chi.blogspot.com/
  14. I'd love Stills, Okafor, Swope, Poyer, Schwenke (in that order). No Barett Jones? If you go C, I'd rather go with the healthy one. I love Da'Rick Rogers in the 4th. Yeah, if the Bears could get Stills, Swope or Rogers, I like that over getting a CB now. Especially, since some guys I like could be there in the 5th still and all those WRs will be gone. DL help would be nice to get too, but when in doubt, I'd go with the weapon on offense 100x out of 100 if the talent is similar.
  15. Wells must have had good stuff. Only 2 balls left the infield and one was a groundball single. I'm counting 2 balls that were even able to be pulled by the hitters.
  16. It is strange how this has turned into a war of attrition. 6 teams currently in the playoffs have All-Stars out (Rose, Kobe, Westbrook, Rondo, Granger, Lee). Then you have Gallinari out for the Nuggets and even Lou Williams/Pachulia out for the Hawks. So out of the 16 playoff teams, 7-8 of them have a significant player out for the season/indefinitely. That doesn't even begin to get into the players that are hurting but trying to play through it which is usually the main injury storyline of the playoffs. I do expect in this case that Westbrook will be back in time if they make the Finals though. They're saying potentially weeks depending on what they find in surgery. Isn't Amare out for the Knicks too?
  17. I'd love Stills, Okafor, Swope, Poyer, Schwenke (in that order). No Barett Jones? The Bears won't pick another OL. They have a ton of depth right now and are probably already going to have 1 guy under 25 (with upside) on the bench as it is. Webb, Carimi, or Long will not start to open the season unless Slauson really does go to C and Garza is cut.
  18. What the hell? Those were probably written pre-draft. And Urlacher was 6-4, 260 coming out, and ran as fast as some DBs/WRs.
  19. Players I like for the 4th for the Bears, probably pretty close to being in order: WR Ryan Swope RB Jonathan Franklin WR Kenny Stills CB Jordan Poyer WR Quinton Patton DE Alex Okafor DT Akeem Spence CB Brandon McGee QB Matt Barkley- hell, the value is amazing at this point. C Brian Schwenke
  20. And Duron Harmon makes 2. I at least heard of Webster. Literally never heard the name Duron Harmon before.
  21. Yeah, how was that not Rambo? Rambo's nuts. Williams is a solid player. I would have taken Rambo, but it's not a huge mistake pick.
  22. Kayvon Webster- first pick I know absolutely nothing about.
  23. Very experienced. Started at LT for 3 years, moved to LG as a senior. Could play either position, though I like him at LG, because he doesn't have great feet. Good technique though. Really held up a lot better than I expected against the big boys inside in the SEC (Jenkins- UGA, Williams- Bama, etc). I'd take Martin over him at LT. But at LG, I think he could be pretty solid. Probably not a probowler, but a guy that's going to be good in pass pro and be able to get out in space in the run game.
  24. Bears got their OL coach. Interesting to see how he develops. Loved him in the EW game.
