  1. Wow, just did the math. The Blackhawks have been outscored 11-2 when I have been watching this series. I saw 5 of the 6 goals the Kings scored when the Hawks were up in game 2. I saw the Kings last 3 goals last night before turning it off. Saw their 3 in game 4. So im officially done watching this series.
  2. Not to make excuses for Jay, but he was like 23-24 under Shanahan and Martz was a disaster as were the tiny WRs who got bullied and couldn't get separation.
  3. Easily the best comp. Similarly going to the OF too.
  4. Basically what Miami has done. Norris, Haslam, James, etc are borderline guys who only are in the league because they play with superstars.
  5. Sucks for him. Not a big blow to the team. He was a #5 WR at best. Making the team was in doubt with Morgan a better WR, Weems a better special teamer, and Chris Williams a better returner. Those are the 4-6 Wrs...... and they still have Toliver who showed flashes last year and is younger.
  6. Where do I sign up for that?
  7. Vogelbach is starting to heat up. 9-21, 2 HR, double, triple over his last 6. .955 OPS in his last 10.
  8. I think Marshall and Jeffery are both better than DeSean Jackson. That said, the Bears are quite thin beyond those 2 in terms of pure WRs. Still seems weird though, especially the Redskins. I can understand Denver being higher but not Washington. Marshall is the best of the 2 teams. I think they are probably putting Jackson and Garcon ahead of Jeffery because hes only had 1 strong year. Then I think Roberts and Reed are probably a notch better than Martellus, with Wilson obviously a distant rear. I'd still take the Bears group over their pretty easily.
  9. Me looking at boxscores: Iowa scored 8? YES. Baez probably did something. Tennessee scored 1? Well, Bryant probably hit a solo HR. And the latter is usually right.
  10. In 2003, I had basically put in for days off and I was Going to spend games 3 and 4 on Waveland and c as no out. I would cry if the Cubs even got to the series. I would be hysterical if they won one.
  11. I habe no idea how u could not have been attached to Sosa in 98. Prior or Wood in 03.
  12. Marshall still has never played in a playoff game. He's going to go straight HAM when he gets there. I want a Super bowl for him and Jay more than anyone. Marshall is deserving. Cutler can shut the haters up.
  13. @InsideHoops: The #Cavs are awesome at firing Mike Brown and winning the NBA Draft Lottery
  14. A little late, but I don't think it's a big enough leap from Gibson to Love to make a deal throwing in much else to make it happen. Melo or bust for me.
  15. It didn't really make a ton of sense to go offense early this yeat though. Would have been interesting had Ebron or Lewan been on the board or Watkins was smoking crack at the combine and fell to 14. But defensive players were probably BPA every time the Bears picked in the first 3 rounds.
  16. And your HC is an offensive guru. This illustrates why I was more than willing to see them draft offense early. The line could use the pipeline and there is plenty of room for skill position talent. Yeah, the same way Lovie was never able to put together a good offense is probably going to be the same way Trestman is with defense. The Broncos were a pretty bad defense and got to the Superbowl. It has been done several times before with teams winning a championship. At some point in the Trestman tenure, its probably going to be more beneficial to just keep building a more elite offense and focusing on creating turnovers on defense and outscoring teams.
  17. Kevin Love not interested in resigning with Minnesota. Open to being traded to Warriors or BULLS. Discuss.
  18. Andreoli has always intrigued me. He gets on base. He hits for avg. he has speed. However, he's a career .376 SLG, but his 6'1 215lb frame suggests that there should be more power to him. Being in his age 24 season suggests the opposite.
  19. Vick has a weird long release that has always held him back. Manziel gets it out more quickly. Vick throws like me when I try to throw lefty. Im actually pretty decent left handed throwing, but it takes a huge uncoil for me to get my release point straight.
  20. He knows his [expletive]. The man is prepared. Raw said it first so he's smarter. Tell it!
  21. Still have 2 perfect coaches with Knicks/Phil ties. Hoiberg and Mark Jackson. Knicks fans want Jackson anyway. Hoiberg is going nowhere just yet.
  22. So the NFL top 100 is on. #81-90. Eddie Lacy and Reggie Bush were in this group. Forte was #91. Adrian Peterson is obviously somewhere on this list. So NFL players who voted on this list think Forte is the worst starting RB in the NFC North. As an additional reference, Demarco Murray is also ahead of Forte.
  23. Hahaha! [expletive] this city!
  24. I know there are basically slots now with every pick, but damn Cliff Stein is a [expletive] beast.
  25. All the Day 3 picks are signed except the hipster punter.
