I can't disagree with much of this. I think he can clog some. He had a pretty high tackle total for an interior DL. But I got bored watching video of him. He's completely a "meh" player.

Why win now mode? Offense has potential to be together for the most part of the next 4-5 years. Defense is younger than last year and could have some building blocks. I don't want Emery drafting as if this team has to win now or dismantle.

One thing about the OL is that Bushrod, Slauson and Garza haven't missed games in a long time. So the odds of them getting hurt are probably less than average of NFL linemen. Granted, everyone of them could regress as players. Garza is old. Bushrod is exiting his prime at best. As is Slauson. Mills and Long are not completely proven yet. The difference on the O will be 3rd WR.

Tampa took all the Bears UDFAs. Solomon Patton, Keith Lewis (UVA Lynchburg CB), and Brett Smith were all players the Bears either had in for a visit or showed interest in at their pro day......and all went to Tampa.

Seattle has had a really shitty draft. Not that this is the end all be all, but they've drafted all players that I think are reaches or have never even heard of. Seems like a little "we're smarter than you" is setting in like the Lovie bears.

Thornton was a bigger reach than Ferguson. Other than that, yeah they're doing alright. Packers have drafted only Bahktiari, Cobb, Lacy and Hayward as guys that have contributed well in the last 3 drafts.

Good to get some validation. BH: “He reminds me a lot of Tank. He’s not there yet. He’s not Tank Johnson but he reminds me of Tank when he was coming out and some of the things he was able to do. Brick Haley is BH. LSU DL coach. Same position with the Bears when Tank was here.

Of the guys you mentioned, we know the Bears have met in some way, shape or form with Huff (S), Ikard ©, Norwood (WR), DAT (OW) and White (RB). Gotta hope Tripp, Ellington, Desir, Breeland and McGill are high on their 4th round wish list. Im thinking Desir and change ur mind about Fuller to FS. Desir is BPA.

Gotta pick Desir if he's there. He and Breeland are likely the best to convert to FS. Tripp is also a very strong pick. Top 3 on my board with Ellington and Vereen rounding out my top five as it concerns the Bears pick.

I really didn't want Sutton in the 2nd. Love the value in the 3rd though.

I think Idonije is a long shot to make the roster. DE- locks = Allen, Young, Houston DT- locks = Ratliff, Paea, Sutton, Ferguson I think Bass and Collins are going to get spots because they both showed flashes last year. Then its Washington and his youth. Idonije and his versatility. Or Austen Lane who is familiar with Tucker.
