  1. Speaking of BJax, why does he get less playing time in the OF than Vitters? Is he really that much less of a "prospect" than Vitters at this point? Yes. Vitters has a 1 in a million shot to make it. Jackson is 0 in a million.
  2. No Toronto. Yes Orioles. I love Hunter Harvey.
  3. Iowa being 4-hit. But everyone that matters has a single.
  4. "Pounding the strike zone" has always sounded dirty to me.
  5. [expletive]. Here comes the 2-run HR and no decision.
  6. To be fair, it looks like .338 when he looks at the scoreboard. Hilarious.
  7. I think it's brilliant. He must have had a really strong college education.
  8. Did someone actually explain to him what the word "recruit" means? This could all be a huge misunderstanding.
  9. To me, it always looked like Rizzo wasn't quite ready to swing when the pitch was being delivered, when he was basically standing straight up.
  10. Plan B: http://www.cbssports.com/nba/eye-on-basketball/24601213/report-wolves-lakers-bulls-and-mavericks-interested-in-chandler-parson
  11. He also stole a base. If he's not going to walk.....he needs to hit for average. If he's not going to hit for average, he needs to hit for power. If he's not going to hit for power, He needs to steal bases. Got a little of all that today. More would be ideal
  12. The sound the ball makes off his bat...damn. That is a hell of a swing. His batting stance in very reminiscent of Jeff Bagwell http://media.culturemap.com/crop/83/c4/600x450/Jeff_Bagwell_baseball_player_at_bat.jpg Both wear #5 too. I don't know how anyone hits like that.
  13. Heat current roster: G Norris Cole
  14. Ah, missed that part. I see it on Twitter now too.
  15. NOTHING TO DO WITH TALENT, but Dallas Beeler is a Roy Halladay doppelganger. Physically looks like Doc and his delivery was the exact same. Really freaky.
  16. From what ive seen, no way does he have as good an arm as Baez or Castro. I could buy that he has more range though.
  17. Was Alcantara below average at SS? Or did the presence of Castro and Baez move him off the position? And with his ability to play 2B and CF, there's no reason to trade him. I can't see anyone giving up anything worth getting rid of him.

  19. Dont look now, but Alcantara only has 1 less HR than Baez. Baez's ISOP is less than .200. Alcantara pushing .250 due to the triples. I guess I don't like Baez singles that much anymore.
  20. Retired the last 20 he faced other than a HBP.
  21. Alcantara 3-4, all singles Baez 1-3, BB, RBI single, K Bryant 2-4, single, double, RBI groundout. Good week.
  22. Iowa's big 3 all with singles. Javy's for an Rbi scoring Alcantara.
  23. Penguins trade James Neal to the Predators for 2 dudes.
