Dammit Rizzo. -
Nice job TBS, the "thunderous ovation" sounded like a game in May against the Marlins.
-
Alright, that's something!
-
Every single inning starts with that strike.
-
Wow, that Librarians show looks.... like something that would be on TBS.
-
Why does this crowd sound dead?
-
I think that would be crazy when Hendricks needs every bit of help behind the plate he can get. Next season is another story.
-
Spoilers!
-
Nice way to start the inning with a strike a foot outside
-
I bet Mets fans will be equally as sad for having to hate Jim Belushi.
-
So many of these bad strike calls are completely changing the Cubs at bats. It seems like there have been several occurrences of a 1-0 pitch outside the zone being called a strike, then the hitter offering at 1-1 pitch outside the zone when they likely would have laid off if the count was 2-0. The 2nd pitch can end up being the difference between 3-0 or 1-2.
-
Again, not a strike.
-
If things continue down their current trajectory, what are the chances Lester starts Game 4?
-
"A hard hit ball in the hole" Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.
-
Possibly, but next year is when I worry about an injury.
-
Here we go again.
-
Yeah, I was just thinking the same thing yesterday. It would be a nice tool to show pitch location with robot umps in place, but with human umps it has just become a constant source of frustration.
-
I wonder whether MLB has strongly suggested that TBS not comment about the strike zone. It sure seems like they are failing to point out the location of most pitches being called outside the zone. Either that, or their broadcasters are just terrible at their jobs.
-
That is an appropriate end to this one.
-
Stop it ump
-
Oh come on
-
He's out
-
Yeah, I want Schwarber in the 2 spot to get more at bats.
-
That Montero mistake looks even bigger now.
-
I don't think this game could have gone any worse.
