  1. He was in on some snaps, in some of the film review he breaks wide open down the field. Maybe, if Caleb steps up in the pocket, it could have been there however, I do not blame Caleb for not targeting him.
  2. Caleb' at a 59.7% (194-325) completion rate, conservatively, over the last two weeks alone, you can add probably upwards of 10 balls that should have been caught. Adding those 10 puts him at 62.7 with, at least one more TD. It'd be really nice if Caleb' receivers would stop dropping balls and help out with a tough catch or two.
  3. As much as I loathe the Vikings, I agree, McCarthy deserves more time, Caleb' far from a finished product, McCarthy' even further away. I'd like to see McCarthy end up being a bust, I also know better. McConnell, while slightly overrated, is still a very good coach and will improve McCarthy' game, to what extent, we'll see. On a side note I have a deep seated hatred for McCarthy, well not so much him as the media' coverage of him as compared to Caleb. There's an extreme double standard with hints of racism.
  4. For the most part, in the face of nearly constant blitzes, the OL kept the Vikings off Caleb. Maybe that's why he keeps holding on to the ball waiting for something big to open up downfield. I'm certain the Steelers are going to come in and be blitz happy as well. I'd like to see Caleb just take the layups, they'll be there.
  5. Made even worse when you see the official in the background watching it happen.
  6. Watched that and was thinking has officiating taken a downturn or is something else afoot? With the Bears, time and time again, we've seen missed/fabricated calls certainly makes one think about gambling implications.
  7. How many drops for the Bears today? Was it 6 again?
  8. Quite literally although, that onside kick recovery was extreme luck and will probably never happen again in such a fashion.
  9. The Bears, to say the least, have had some questionable wins, this and the Washington game should not be among them. Bears dominated both, we're clearly the better team and had perfect storms of bad officiating and not being able to get the horsefeathers out of their own way making the scores closer than should have been.
  10. I love Brisker but, has he any football IQ at all? Maybe, he couldn't see the ball in time to veer off and let Stevenson make the INT but, if he did, just how horsefeathers stupid is he?
  11. This horsefeathers is way out of hand, something has to be up with the lack calls when it's the Bears. We've seen happen way too many times to be just a random coincidence.
  12. Yeah, definitely should have gone for it on their posession before the FG. horsefeathers up by Ben there, I'll give him some slack since they won, think he'll be better in the future.
  13. Really don't know what the horsefeathers Caleb was looking at on those endless Viking blitzes, dump downs where there for him.
  14. Way too close on the FG and way too close of win that really shouldn't have been that close. Bears dominated this game and those horsefeathers-tard Vikings did not deserve to win.
  15. That's roughing 100% of the time for the other 31 NFL teams.
  16. And get NFC player of the week again.
  17. Santos needs to be gone, like, last week.
  18. Bears can still put this away with a TD on this possession. Caleb don't hold the ball.
  19. Vikings are blitzing on 70% of Caleb' drop backs and he keeps holding on to the ball. Get rid of the horsefeathers ball.
  20. Official was looking at it all the way, do not understand the lack of a flag.
  21. Totally agree, one of the few times I'd want the Bears with a slant towards defense in the upcoming draft. Bears first round pick could be anywhere from 10-24, looking at some preliminary draft boards there appears to be several first rounder edge prospects. One of them should be there for the Bears - https://www.tankathon.com/nfl/big_board - maybe, even look at Dennis-Sutton, Jacas, Moore, Lucas or Jackson Jr. on day 2 - I'm Big Ten biased, seen them all play, they're pretty good.
  22. I'm certain a few things will happen - Caleb will a have good day, Ben Johnson knows how to exploit and beat Flores' blitzes, the Bears will score a lot of points, the Vikings will score a lot of points, the Bears will force McCarthy into some TO's. Don't know if these things will result in a Bears' win, I hope they do. Really want the Bears to win, irritates me to no end that fart-knocker got NFC player of the week for one decent quarter. Had the situation been flipped would Caleb been the NFC player of the week? I sincerely doubt it.
  23. I keep thinking along those exact same lines, would be a great outcome.
  24. Caleb and the offense are slowly trending up. Thought a big leap was going to happen this season for Caleb, I believe it'll happen, just not this season. Really think the Bears because, of the defense, will be one of those teams that'll score quit a few points and give up quit a few points, be a threat but, not yet a playoff team. A team playoff bubble teams don't want to face because they'll have to keep up with the Bears on the scoreboard.
  25. Important? Probably. Best? Don't know about that, Andrej Stojakovic looked awfully good, honestly had no idea he was that good.
