  1. That's what I think as well. I don't see Randle ending up with us. Also I am very glad that Beal isn't at KU. I don't know why Weber continued to waste effort on Beal when he didn't commit (shortly after he was offered) and was talking about keeping his options open or exploring other avenues, etc. If a kid really wants to go to your school he'll commit, when he starts the keeping his options open talk move on.
  2. I believe Angelo is dense and/or stupid enough to target WR's with whatever remaining picks they have and leave the OL to FA - which has worked out so well with Pace.
  3. The more I think about it the Cubs could do worse than keeping Bradley. There's nothing of consequence that'll result from a trade of Bradley, the Cubs have made it known they've got to trade him and teams going to screw the Cubs over.
  4. a better question, is there a position you wouldn't take from the Vikings and give to the Bears? I wouldn't take Farve
  5. With an OL such as the Vikings the Bears are easily 7 - 4 if not better.
  6. Because Rod Marinelli is like the most amazing coach ever and he can turn an 87 year old grandma into a pass rushing king...err queen. I knew this was going to be a bust from the very moment Marinelli was hired, I don't care who is coaching them garbage in = garbage out. They simply can't rush the QB nothing or no one was ever going to change that.
  7. How can we even make improvements with no draft picks? Of course even if we had draft picks, we've proven to be unable to draft the correct players. We can buy a few FAs, but how many FAs that are legit building blocks are out there every year? A handful at most, and the best are probably going to be out of the Bears price range. Yep. My entertainment dollar will be going elsewhere for the forseeable future. Probably to the Hawks. It's got to start with a GM and Head Coach, get someone who's capable of drafting the correct players.
  8. This still wasn't as bad as the Cincinatti loss with all the Benson love by the Bears - that clown was a POS in Chicago and deserved every bit of what he got.
  9. What's worse than the loss is hearing and reading Lovie' and Angelo' dumb-ass rationalizations and excuses.
  10. Once again if that's a Bear defender it's PI
  11. I look it at this way after Farve costs them a Super Bowl they're going to have some garbage QB while the Bears will have a Pro Bowl caliber QB.
  12. It's pretty bleak right now but, the Bears have the most important starting piece a real good young QB. He's 1000X better than Orton in every facet of the game now, to find a decent GM and Coach to start building.
  13. If our corners do anything but let the reciever catch the pass, PI will be called, book it
  14. PI and not even close
  15. That should have been an easy TD, Knox had him clearly beat.
  16. I know the Bears suck and all but, there have been some obvious holding calls missed.
  17. Color me shocked
  18. Forte could learn from Manning.
  19. Actually that helps the Vikings more room to work with
  20. Isn't there something about the ball being catchable?
  21. Amid all this Farve love, I guarentee you at some point in the playoffs he's going to force a throw that'll cost the Vikings dearly.
  22. I agree, if don't make it, I'd rather the Vikings go 30 or so yards to score rather than the upcoming 95+ yard drive.
  23. Forte actually knocked a Viking on his ass!
  24. They're young, these kind of things are going to happen, come March I'm looking for improvement. If NCAA bound they'll blow a team like Utah off the floor, in fact, although it's small consolation, right now, I'll take the Illini 9 of 10 over Utah. Last night just happen to be that one game.
