    The human element will remain with strike-ball and safe-out calls but, when it comes to plays such as last night. There's no human element involved the ball' either fair or foul.

    I lived through the Jim Valek era, and sadly this team appears to be even worse. I guess the only good point is Zook is a good as gone and the next coach is going to have a wealth of talent for next season. Who are they going to target? I don't know and hey, they intercetpted a pass!!!!

    Plus, with the way Zook recruits, there shouldn't be too many better teams to begin with. One can say their perfomance is proof that his recriuts are overrated but, all of them? I don't think so.

    Early on the Illini getting creamed again, I gotta believe Zook' out after this season. Sure, the Illini have lost to some better teams but, a good portion of their futility is their own doing. Lack of execution, motivation that all lies on Zook and Company.

    Don't know why the Lions got away from throwing the ball to Calvin Johnson on every play. When they went back to it on their last fg drive, moved the ball effortlessly down the field.

    With the game being close Stafford is only looking for Johnson on pass plays, think Lovie' figured that out yet?

    Not with a stubborn Lovie, he won't change a thing and Lions will move the ball up and down the field again - book it.

    And we all know Lovie wouldn't know a halftime adjustment if it bit him so, you count on the same plays working against them all the second half.
