    i read somewhere that perez is a d-bag who doesn't really listen to pitching coaches - apparently when he was sent down by the mets in 2006 he wasn't listening to instruction and thought he was better than everyone because he made more money. anyway, the mets had better hope that someone gets through to him because that contract is going to be bad news otherwise.
