pretty much any punt return that goes for more than 10 yards can be a holding, clipping penalty if the refs see it.

Man, gotta be able to pick up that 1st. A TD could have ended the game.

 

BTW, the Bears have been a horrible screen team for the longest time. I don't know why. Nice to see them finally put together a good one.
