I really try to avoid thinking about the way people like Morgan look at wins, but it's better than thinking about the cubs atm. It's completely insane that Morgan thinks that pitchers are going to give up a certain number of runs in a year and can choose to distribute the runs when they see fit (which is the only conceivable way that a pitcher could "know how to win"). "I know my team is going to score 8 runs today and 2 next time I start, so if I give up 6 today and 0 next time, we'll get 2 wins."
