WGN Sox Coverage

Is it just me, or is anyone else irked/annoyed with the coverage that the Sox are getting on WGN? They spent 10 minutes on them, 10 MINUTES!!! This is with Wilma and Alpha roaming around. I'm boycotting them until the series ends.

Maybe on the morning show. C'mon, get serious. If the Cubs were in the World Series, WGN would dedicate at least an hour for pre-game, and who knows how long the post-game and news spot would be.

 

It would actually be nice to find out, but alas, it was not to be this year....I woder if it ever will?!

If I remember correctly, WGN spent far more than the previously mentioned ten minutes on the Cubs during the 2003 NLCS.

Yeah, you'd think since the city of Chicago hosts the World Series every other year that they'd be used to this by now and not devote ten minutes to the Sox.

 

Some of the threads and comments made about the Sox crack me up. Had Sox fans shown the same envy, some of you same people would be dogging the Sox fans.
