hitting is far more predictable than pitching - therefore keep hitters and dump pitchers if in doubt. I will be keeping Santana though.

agreed. if a hitter has a bad game, he's got 5-6 more during the week to make up for it. if a sp has a bad game, you're screwed. strive for mediocrity with starting pitching...i'll take a week of 9 point starts from all my guys.

who needs pitching? jeff weaver anchored my staff and i won this bitch.

Yeah, I thought Clement was gonna have a huge year in Boston. I need some major sleepers in this draft. I believe Tim drafted his entire staff last season, and ended up with great pitching.

I kept Burnett last year because he only cost me around 150 points.

BTW - the #1 draft pick got much younger today. ;)

Looks like Chuck is the only one missing.

Ooohhh! contraction time, baby.

Miguel Cabrera, come on down!

I wonder if Victor will still be there at #3? :-k

i vote against contraction.
If only one owner failed to drop his nonkeepers, contracting doesn't make sense to me. That would leave us with an odd number of teams, which would mean one team would have no opponent every week of the season.

I vote against contraction too. How about DJAXX?? Anyone who can set up so many interviews would have to make an interesting manager in our league.

Is DelRoy interested in returning?

we'll contract chuck and the biggest mouth in the league. I get his draft picks! :D

Seriously, what are you going to do with not only HBC, but also Alamo and Scorcho. They're both way, way over on points at this time.

You doing FEMA work Chuck? I know a few people down there.

I'm working with a company called Hurricane Relief Corps. We're basically a second responder.

You guys wouldn't believe the distruction down here. Once I'm back online regularly, I'll get some pictures up from some of the "dead zones." It's pretty amazing.
