The score showed as a tie, but the standings reflect a loss for Raw.

 

From the league rules page:

 

Scoring: Head-to-Head, Points Based System.

Ties go to the team with better XBH.

Scoring based on total stats each period.

so w/ this win, i've clinched a playoff spot...right? if i lose next week, and hbc and buddiga win, there will be a three way tie. but i'd get in because i'm 4-0 against those two teams and have a points advantage on both of them...right?

 

Yep. Harry's Budcrew and Buddiga are 1-1 in the season series, so if there is a tie it goes to points. Currently, Buddiga holds a 188 pt edge in total points. Who do you want to play in Rd 1 ?

 

hard to say. you would have seven starts (w/ suppan and vazquez getting two). i think HBC would have seven as well (w/ morris and lackey getting two). i'm just glad i won't have to run into a two start week from either of you guys' studs (willis and zito for you, z for HBC)...especially since i'm out sheets for the rest of the season.

 

 

The Red Sox just added a Noon make up game on Labor Day with the White Sox. If Buddiga advances, that would make 8 starts with Arroyo getting two (ANA, @NYY).

Looks like I'll wind up with the 4th or 5th highest point total of the week (depending on overnight adjustments; I'm currently a fraction of a point behind NSBB for 4th highest score but have a QS from Lowry), yet still lose by more than 100 points. This is the second week in a row this has happened. :(

Actually, in 2003 the Budcrew tied w/ NC Cubbies. It shows up on the overall records in the Breakdown section of the Standings.

Why are there ties in peoples all-time record then? Raw is 169-144-2 all-time, Budcrew is 179-135-1, Bulb's are 123-191-1, Lynx is 157-157-1, an NC Cubbies are 90-224-1.
