I don't think anything has been announced yet. We probably won't know until it gets closer to game time tonight. I think it's either Wood to the DL or Mitre to AAA.

I don't remember if Wood is scheduled to throw again today, but I'm guessing they're waiting to as close to game time as possible to see how he feels and if there's much chance of him making his next scheduled start. If there's a realistic chance of him making his next start I expect Mitre to be sent down. If it looks like he'll miss his next start too I'd expect him to go on the 15-day DL backdated to the day after his last start.

I think you're right. Dusty said Kerry was going to throw again today and they hoped he would continue to improve as he has.

Wood put on 15 day dl according to ESPNews.

Bruce Levine just reported that Wood is on the 15 day DL and he will make some rehab apperances as a reliever. The plan is to use him as a reliever the rest of the season apparentely.

As far as I'm concerned, the majority of us in NSBB wants him gone. However, it won't happen, becuase of Dusty IMHO. Plus, whenever Nomar comes back, then the odds are that Cedeno will be going back to Iowa to get playing time.
