Praise be, no Hollandsworth or Perez!

Oh they're just resting for the St. Louis series.

Nice lineup; we should win today.

Hey gang, let's not get too positive or confident I'm worried about Maddux serving up the long ball in this park! We need 3 out of 4 from this pathetic team.

This game starts in like 5 mins.

Uh, starts at 11:35 CST, 12:35 EST.

Sorry, I was poking fun at the early start.

Heh, it's all right. Just I'm a bit slow today. Only got about 3 hours of sleep the other night.

No kidding. Maddux at that park has pitched 16 innings and given up 16 earned runs, 6 HR's, a WHIP of 1.56 and BAA .328. I hope for a better game today!

You have a point. Maddux seems to be giving up a lot of gopher balls this year. He needs to keep the ball on the ground.

Of course if the Cubs score 6+ runs, we shouldnt have a problem.....

CUBS are 23-5 when they score 6 or more runs.... 25-41 when they don't

Shouldn't be no reason why the Cubs can't score more than six runs. Milton is just not good.

Dusty actually got it right for once!! That is my the lineup I have wanted since Murton came up. The correct 1-2, Lee followed by ARam, Barett batting in the meat of the lineup, and a nice rlrl at the bottom of the lineup. I have got to give dusty credit here.

On a side note, did anyone else notice dunn is playing first today?

For all our complaints about Dusty not using rookies, you have to wonder if Jim and Dusty sat down to have a talk. Hendry couldn't get the proven vet. (P. Wilson) that Dusty wanted, so Hendry had to tell him that the best he could do for now were the rookies, that Dusty HAD to play them to see if they could be the answer.

I'm still trying to figure out why Dusty is batting Murton 8th again.

Just don't. It'll save you alot of time and headaches.

Just happy that Murton is playing. That's all I can say and not complain about.

Nope, that one missed me. Hmmm, there's less chance for injury at firstbase besides, he's not the best OF in the world...

Well, everyone complains that we sell low so trading Lee should be widely supported.
