After like 2-3 years of the Iowa lineup being varying degrees of loaded, it feels weirdly comforting and nostalgic for it to be 1 guy you care a whole lot about and 8 guys you don't care at all about

I really really like Lumpuy. He reminds me a bit of Felix Pie. Hopefully he can hit big league pitching.

I was just joking because he didn’t play in game 2 of a DH and didn’t play tonight. He was HBP in his debut, but I didn’t see anything suggesting he was injured because of it.

Naz, despite being around seemingly forever, is only six months older than Townsend.  Even if he opens next season back at SB before a Memorial Day bump to Tenn he's on a good track developmentally.
