Franklin gave up another oppo field moonshot that bounced on the warning track and over the fence for a double.

Rangers have a bunch of hard hit balls.  Cubs have one hit.

I still think he has more pop in him than he's currently showing.  It's not to say I think he'll ever hit 15+ in a season or have Alcantara-type exit velocity, but his best case outcome would be in the mold of a Steve Kwan or mid-career Kenny Lofton type who's a menace on the base paths and can hit enough line drives to keep outfielders honest.

Just doesn’t sound like he’s valued that much around the league between his whiff issues on sliders and this being his last option year.
