No they can't but doesn't mean they won't or at least a couple of these guys won't be bad and gone come June.

Nothing meatballery there just fact, never really seen a team's pen stay fully intact for a full year. There's always gonna be a couple guys that just dont cut it and in the Cubs case, they have a couple intriguing younger arms in Iowa that aren't going to stay there all season.
