Dejesus guess is looking better. He played in that time.

Yeah, I'm going with DeJesus, also.

Went down the rabbit hole of those Cubs teams (1979-81 teams, so a little before my time) and there were a few names, I either did not know played for the Cubs or forgot. Names like Bobby Murcer, Lenny Randle, Mike Tyson, Barry Foote and Willie Hernandez.

Tim Blackwell definitely had a Vitrimite style mustache.

I’d be shocked if it isn’t Ivan de Jesus. A part of two big Cubs trades. Acquired, along with Bill Buckner, for Rick Monday. And then, of course, sent out for Larry Bowa and Ryne Sandberg. 
 

When I worked in minor league baseball he was a roving instructor for the Dodgers. Whenever he was in town he’d find me so I could get him a coffee out of the concession stand. Nice guy and 24 year old me thought it was cool that I was getting coffee for Ivan de Jesus.

My guess is Dejesus, but mainly because that looks like very early 80s (just a bit before I started really following) and there just aren't a ton of other notable players from that time that would seem to fit

Definitely de Jesus. It was the shape of the nose blob that gave it away for me.

For me, this was the easiest one. I looked at it for 2 seconds and thought DeJesus. Guess being old helped in that one.
