This camera angle is really throwing me off

It's wildly offset. I actually like offset cameras as a change of pace but what Oakland does feels like they just crammed a camera where it fit.

Which is almost surely what they did.

Nothing says you’re a serious baseball team like having Gomes, Hosmer and Torrens hitting 7-8-9 in your lineup

I particularly like having a DH who bats 9th.  It just doesn't seem like using the DH to get your 3rd catcher into the lineup in the 9 hole is really maximizing that position.

It really is confusing especially when you have Mervis and Morel in AAA

Yes but where else are you gonna put him, 8th?  That's where the 1B goes!

It's just painful.

How weird will it be to see that green jersey read "Las Vegas" or "Nashville" or whatever in the future?

Weird, but I'm also not convinced that either of those markets are ideal for an MLB franchise. I would much rather see a team back in Montreal

My personal votes would be Charlotte (or the Carolinas region) or Montreal, yes.

Salt Lake City wants a team now too apparently. Personally think they should worry about their source of water drying up over the next 5 years leading to airborne arsenic floating through the city, but that’s just me.

As a former Utah resident, full agreement.

But I think Utah is a remote chance. There's just too much population in Montreal and the Carolinas that could use a ballclub.
