At least for one game we're sort of seeing how the FO intended this team to look.  Solid pitching, good defense, and offense who can put the bat on the ball (especially on a cold day like today when hitting for power is a lot more difficult).

I remember being really jealous of Andruw Jones.

A lot of us learned about advanced baseball in the 1990s when defense really was less relevant.  In this run environment, it's more interesting.
