No one from either team has faced the opposing pitcher before in their major league careers. This is pretty much the most boring match up that I can imagine. Why is Mills getting multiple starts for this team? Is his first name really Alec, or did the Cubs PR person just mishear Alex? Why is Addi still on this team? How can the Cubs win 7 of 9 out of the break and I still feel blah about them? Can we get a petition going to just change the team name to the Chicago RizBaezs? At least that Italian League guy is raking.

 

Anyhow, I have a secret to tell you about the Cubs and Theo's trade target efforts:

Doubt that with Chatwood likely still around, Graveman as an option and Colin Rea around. Rea is really the guy who takes his spot in the minors as the depth piece.
