It's been a disappointing year, but I'm glad the Cubs are still good enough I don't have have to care about this.

We didn't take anyone or lose anyone in the major league portion of the draft.

In the AAA portion, we lost David Garner (Toronto) and Yapson Gomez (Cleveland). Apparently we also don't have Jeffrey Baez anymore, he was taken off the Giants roster by Arizona.

 

We picked up lefty pitcher Luis Lugo from Kansas City. Numbers don't look to bad. He pitched well in winter league. Another lefty for the Iowa shuttle.
