Kris Bryant and Yu Darvish have been worth a combined 2.4 fWAR for this team that is 18 games above .500. Their absences haven't affected them much.

lol there he is

I'm sorry that you keep making dumb statements that are easily refutable.

your post doesn't even make sense. they've gotten a combined 2.4 fwar out of their best position player and best starting pitcher, but that hasn't affected them? and yeah, with the state of the rotation, i'm comfortable saying this is a pretty mediocre team with all darvish/bryant/morrow out. we were projected for like 93 wins before the season and those guys were projected for 10+.

whenever the cubs lose you get off on people complaining, even though there's more than enough to complain about right now. i'm not getting caught up in it this time.

Kris Bryant and Yu Darvish have provided very little to this team this year and they still are the best team in the NL. I don't know what's so hard to understand about that.

I bet you do.

Remember when we all gave up on the 2016 Cubs when they went 8-15 with a -26 RD from June 18 through July 10? That season sure amounted to nothing.

The current VRD implosion is a tad more worrisome now because it's currently happening right now, and it's the middle of August 2018.

Plus dismissing something as being arbitrary endpoints works better when there's an actual endpoint.

Schwarber Fan is patiently waiting for the new game thread so he can tell everybody that the game isn't happening

I'm glad we all agree that the constant doom-bonering is embarrassing.

You’re like the Donald trump stans who flock to Twitter after every misstep he makes to point out that “actually it’s good” or “yeah but he fixed the economy!”

It’s a fun gimmick but it doesn’t make you worth interacting with anymore.
