Has Lange gotten to the point where we say "Happy Lange Day?" Or am I jumping the gun a bit on that?

I'd like to see those peripherals at AA before getting too excited. A lot of our guys seem to succeed at A+ and fall off after promotion to Tennessee.

Hoerner with an inning-killing double play after the first 2 hitters drew walks. If that isn’t proof that he’s with the right organization, I don’t know what is.

We have an open roster spot now after Shae Simmons elected FA after clearing outright waivers. Right now we have a good pool of relievers that have been called up from AAA, but I still want to see what Dakota Mekkes can do.

I mean AAA doesn't seem to be much of challenge. He's allowing a few too many hits and the WHIP is too high, but he's still striking out batters at a high rate. It's amazing that he's only allowed 3 HR in 126 innings so far. I don't know when he'll get the call, but I think he's ready now.

I think that move was done explicitly for Mekke’s. Figure out exactly what we have. Bass, Zas, Hancock, Farrell, etc are nothing special to make them irreplaceable they should be rotating Mekkes and Maples in who have the upside

I like Bass and Hancock and think they have good stuff/command. They're not special elite arms, but I wouldn't group them with Zas and Farrell. Mazzoni should be in this group as well. I would place them like this:

Maples

Mekkes

Bass

Hancock

Rosario

Farrell

Mazzoni

Zas

horsefeathers. Davis replaced after 1 AB today. Grounded out in his only AB.

From a poster at bleacher nation; I think he attends AZL games regularly:

Well that’s a relief if true.
