Damn shame the NFL didn't allow blitzes until this year. Would have been handy to have film of blitz packages to begin the year.

 

and I'm sure no one does anything different from year to year and things never change, which is why entire playbooks are utilized during the preseason.

And apparently they're perfectly static during the season.

I'm sure no more than year-to-year, player-to-player, and coach-to-coach.

It isn't a great defense

 

Yep. It's an okay defense and the best unit on the team, but nothing special at all.

 

Oh look Glennon is checking down

 

I'll go with good defense but enough time and we will find out with more certainty

they held one of the best offenses in the league last week to 23 points, 7 of which largely happened because the guy communicating the plays was concussed. it's a good defense, but i will say it can't sustain many more injuries (which can be said for most nfl teams)

It was a ball control game on both sides. If New Orleans had needed more points, they would have had them. Bears defense got shoved around when the game was on the line late.
