If the current scores hold the Cubs are in first place again tonight lol. Though the Cardinals are starting to play good baseball again so there's a chance we might not be able to make the playoffs at 81-81

Jesus. I've been so annoyed lately I haven't even been following the Brewers. I was assuming we were at least 2 games out.

Supposedly on the Cubs broadcast they are giving a Hendricks update. Anyone relay that to those of us stuck listening to Keith Hernandez?

Just the same stuff that has been said, though Rogers did have a "possible MRI" drop (which, I just assume teams do in most of these cases anyway).

At the moment, FanGraphs has the Cardinals projected for 83.5 wins and the Brewers projected for 77.0. Cubs at 88.7

All three of these teams are currently tied in the loss column too.

So I don't even know who we should be rooting for in that series or be paying more attention to. Obviously if the Cubs just got their horsefeathers together it likely wouldn't matter, but yeah.

Just cheer for extra inning so their pitching gets fucked up for a week or so. Doesn't matter who wins, we are still winning the division by 7-10+ games.

So Bryant is basically going to be the best third baseman of all time if he stays healthy, we're thinking?
