10/18 NLCS Game 3: Cubs (Jake) @ Dodgers (Rich Hill) & Stupid Old Umpire 7:00 PM CT FS1/670

I'm starting to feel like it's not about the pitching but just our entire lineup for the most part being in a horrible slump or for some other reason just sucking. I mean, we got dominated by Matt Moore, too, just as much as the really good pitchers. Pretty much every starter has been good against us, and we couldn't even bash Shark that much despite a good start to that game.

 

Didn't shark only pitch like 2 innings? Lol. He got creamed. As did Maeda. The other games were started by Cueto, Bumgarner, Moore, Kershaw and Hill.

The Cubs didn't take advantage of Maeda nearly as much as they should have.

 

You guys are so picky. Oh we only got 3 runs in 4 innings boo hoo. That's an ERA of like 6.30

Point is, Cubs have also thrown really good pitchers and other teams havent had issues hitting them.

Yeah, I forgot about Maeda. I think that we didn't do anything until the 8th inning of that game after he came out sort of blended in.
