Yikes, Heyward's OBP has dipped below .300. I must have just started blacking out during his AB's; I thought he had been hitting better.

 

We'll always have that 3 bloop hit game.

It's actually pretty amazing the Astros have completely whiffed on two #1 overall picks in the last five years and have as much young talent as they do.

I don't know if I'll ever understand why Houston didn't pick Bryant.

 

 

We'll never know for sure, but it was pretty strongly rumored the Cubs' board had Appel first too.

Yeah, I think you've mentioned that before. Scary thought.
